No! You listen to your complete audiobook before paying. If you're not satisfied, you can request a regeneration (free for Premium users, 50% cost for standard users) or simply decline to pay. We only charge for results you love.

Premium status lasts for 30 days from the moment you reach the $50 threshold. If you continue spending and reach $50 again in the next month, your Premium renews automatically.

Premium users can download their audiobooks as MP3 files with no DRM or restrictions. You can download the full audiobook with soundtrack, the soundtrack only, or the voice-only version. Standard users can stream their content online but cannot download.

Yes! You can publish your audiobooks to the SonifAi marketplace where anyone can discover and listen. Standard users can publish publicly. Premium users can also use private sharing options: access codes for specific groups, or private links for individual sharing. You can control whether others can download your content.

Standard users' content may be hidden from the marketplace after 30 days of inactivity (but never deleted - you can always access it). Premium users enjoy permanent storage with no inactivity hiding. Downloaded MP3 files are yours forever regardless of your account status.

You only pay after confirming you're happy with your audiobook. If not satisfied, you can request a regeneration (first one is free for Premium users, 50% cost for standard users) or get a full refund to your balance. We want you to love your audiobook before committing to pay.

If you've already paid but aren't satisfied, contact support for a refund to your SonifAi balance within 7 days. For projects you haven't confirmed yet, simply decline the result - you won't be charged. Regenerations are also available if you want to try a different voice or settings.
